Payments and Refund Policy

This Payments and Refund Policy governs the payment terms for participation in the World Club Championship, operated by Anjanajyoti Systems Pvt Ltd ("the Company"). 1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable Payments All payments made to Anjanajyoti Systems Pvt Ltd for tournament participation, registration, or any related services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances. 2. Refunds in Case of Event Cancellation by the Company Refunds will only be issued in the event that Anjanajyoti Systems Pvt Ltd cancels a scheduled event or tournament. In such cases: - The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. - The refund will be issued within 20 (twenty) days from the date of official cancellation. 3. No Refunds for Participant-Initiated Cancellations No refunds will be granted for cancellations initiated by teams or individuals after registration and payment, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. 4.
